i'm afraid i think this is a scam.
it's the same company that offered the post-it notes (http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/...light=digilake)a while back, and prior to that, a free blank DVD (http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/...light=digilake), that never arrive.
a google search for digilake will return plenty of pages suggesting that they're a scam site.

Digilake.com appears to be a sham website that attempts to trick consumers into filling out surveys. The company offers no address or phone contact information at all on its website, and does not respond to emails. Every product they purportedly 'sell' offers a special discount if one is willing to fill out a survey.
After the scammers have tricked a user into filling out a survey, the website sends visitors to an error message instead of a checkout screen. This dishonest organization pretends to sell products that they don't actually sell.

Site is fake with unbelievable prices and consumer survey requirements for discounts that don't pan out. No phone number or address. No contact returned from any email. Looks like they are getting people to complete surveys and getting paid for it. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!
please see this thread too, for mse andrea's insert:
