Is there anyone out there giving a 90% or 95% mortgage in this present situation? Many thanks for any info.

Yes, Nationwide do 95% LTV and Leeds BS do 90% LTV are two examples.
Use the links to moneysupermarket.com etc in the 'broker-plus' page of this site here and follow the advice to find the best deal.0 -
Thank you for the help. I earn £33,000 and my husband earns approx £15,000 (self employed) we own two 2 bedroomed houses outright (no mortgage) and have no other debts apart from couple of hundred on credit cards. We wish to purchase a house for £145,000 to be our residence. We do have approx £30,000 for deposit but would like to keep a big percentage to upgrade the house. We would sell one of the houses immediately and repay part of the loan within 2 years and sell the other one within 4 or 5 years and pay off the entire loan. Who can give the best deal? Many thanks, Kerrhona0

Thank you all for you help. Have now bought a house and paid £7.500 less than asking price. If you don't ask you don't get!0
