Fixed rate mortage expires next month and house for sale

Hi,
My fixed rate mortage is up next month 31st Oct with Princapality the new deal they offered is 6.14% for 3 years with a £399 fee
So are there any good deals out there and whats my best option considering the house is on the market.

Contact the lender and ask if they have an deals that do not tie you in or if you are confident of selling take the SVR. If you are buying another house can you port the mortgage to the new place0
