fireplace and surround wanted

ok its getting cold and i need to replace my fire and the surround/mantlepiece.

i would like a beech surround.and a chrome coloured fireplace.would prefer gas but would have electric if i liked it that much.
I have looked on ebay and a couple of other places,but thought id ask on here incase any of you know somewhere you can recomend i get them from cheap

    im going nuts!
    i have spent the day searching online for somewhere to buy a fireplace.i would prefer it to be the whole suite(surround and fire) but will buy them seperate,but i just keep ending up at the same sites..does anyone know a good place to get one

    Not sure of your budget but bought a lovely one from B & Q 2 weeks ago - fire surround in beech with marble back £99 and chrom pebble affect electric fire £99.00 - had it installed and up and running in under 2 hours

    Fire can also be used as cold air fan in summer

    hi ..that sounds like a nice one.
    i love them pebble ones.How much did it all cost together then with the fire?

    and could you choose what back you wanted?as id prefer white coloured marble
  • Hi its was £198.00 in total - nothing else to buy, the backing is just standard you cant choose but it is a very light marble colour.
