5 days trying to contact child benefit office

hope someone can help me. I have just started a dmp and changed my bank account. I changed my bank details for my child benefit to be paid into on thursday morning I have been trying to contact the cb office since thursday to confirm this change they are open 8-8 7days I have been on phone about 100 times since and only get sorry we are busy and cant take your call try later then line goes dead. This morning my child benefit was paid into my old account so i had to rush to get it out before bank try to claim to. does anyone have any contact numbers for cb office that work.!!:mad:
