Online grocery shopping discussion

I dunno if anyone has already started something similar but what about a discussion on how to get the best out of Internet shopping. i.e. the Siansburys, Iceland etc. kind?
I've just had a bit of a mare with Iceland.
Had a promo for Walls stuff (burgers fish fingers etc.) for a fiver.
Cool I thought. Have that. Confirmed discount applied on order. Checked out. Stuff came. No DISCOUNT!!!!
Turns out they have a funny system with promos so on the day they delivered my stuff, the promo was no longer in store.
So had to phone the customer services and complain, got £5.10 back?!?!?!?!? Unsure why. The reduction would have been for 3.49 or summat.
Have since sent them feedback from their website and how rubbish it was blah blah blah and now I await their respone.
Anyway the moral of this story is CHECK YOUR RECEIPT. cos they [glow=red,2,300]WILL RIP YOU OFF[/glow]!!!!!
