oh, it's only a simple one - name and then food heaven and food hell - give then a chance to say what they like and also the chance for me to know if everyone detests something in particular I'm thinking of cooking! When we have a group discussion later in the session, I'm going to ask them about what they hope to get out of the course.
For me
Food Heaven
Chocolate
Food Hell
Egg Whites _pale_

Are you going to do blind tests of ingredients and get them to put their hands in weird stuff (like raw eggs or cooked spaghetti) :rotfl:
Nooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!! :rotfl: imagine if they had allergies!!!
One week I'm planning to have a Generation Game style bit where I take in weird fruits (dragon fruit etc) and in teams they have to try to identify. I'll give anyone who wants to try them all a taste as well.

Food Heaven - potatoes in any format (at the moment anyway)
Food Hell - liver - my grandma once minced it to try and trick me into eating it but it was like eating ground up tyres (not that I have...) - and currently smoked fish or eggs in any format... and chocolate
