Student Overdraft Switching HELP!!!!!
stencilized
Hey,
I currently have a student account with the Halifax which is currently up to its limit. I am no longer a student after I left in January and now am in full time employment.
Is there a way to change this account over to another bank as the Halifax are continuously adding charges and i feel that I am never going to be able to pay this back the more charges they add on.
If there is a way to do this, how would i go about it? I'm really worried as I am planning on moving out soon but see this as a huge problem. I don't want it to affect my bank credit!!
Also is it easy to claim back the charges that the bank have put on my account as I have read that all bank charge cases have been put on hold for the time being. I am owed back at least £600 and obviously would like this money back to get settled in my new home.
Any help but be really appriecated.
Thanks!!
