Was wondering if any one has any experience of channel.com. I can get 5 cd's for £12 and then I have to buy 6 more, at least 1 every 3 months. Their prices are £8.99 plus £1 postage. P&P is free once you have bought the 6. I need at least 4 more after this order so it wont take long to fulfill the requirement.
Would like to know if you reckon they are ok or not. I noticed their postage is 2nd class so maybe delivery bit slow?

Look deep into the terms and conditions and if it mentions anything about Britannia club then IMO stay away.
(I have not heard of them myself)
The initial 'bargain' will cost you dear if you do not buy cd's at the regular price.
Look at cd-wow or Play.com or even Tesco Jersey to see that you can buy most chart albums for around £7.99 and up with free postage.
This is only my opinion but I would not sign up for something like this having had my fingers burnt by Britannia who would send me cd's I did not want or did not order and who refused for months to cancel my membership once I had fulfilled my part of the contract!0 -
I have checked their regular prices and their cd's are £8.99, roughly what I pay on play.com0

But to get the bargain 5 cd's you are locking yourself in to buy from Channel. What I and others are telling you is that it does not seem to be such a good bargain in the long run when you have costed how much it will cost you to buy all the cd's that you are committed to buying.
With Play and others you pay for what you want - no more and if you're not happy with the price you can always look elswhere for a better bargain.0
