If you register with the Pet Owners Association you will receive a free PooPac, its a little keyring type bag which you can use to keep your doggy bags in so you are never caught short:

Does anyone know if this is the tiny, tiny blue canvas bag on a key ring I have received today. When I opened it I had no idea what it was and certainly can't see a use for it??
