Following my purchase of the Dalek I mentioned above, I feel they are not worth the price even at 19.99. Got one for partner (age 48) found to be broken on unpacking, very poor quality. Will be going back today for refund as now I have had my hands on one, do not fancy an exchange.

Could any of you that brought the ice cream maker possibly Email me the instructions/recipe booklet!
As I brought my dad one today and it was the last one they had and it has no instruction/recipe booklet.
But all you 'money savers' out there will be please I asked could I get a reduction on it because of this and the damaged box and got it for half price. :D
But now I'm just hoping some kind person (creep creep) can help so my dad can have his ice cream.

I agree; there is a button that lets you try the 'voice' before you buy. It should also light up the 'eye' stalk and the two lights on top. I tried 8 of them and not one of them lit all the lights...so that doesan't bode well for the rest of it.
