That's exactly how I felt, but I've been running 3 weeks and can manage a mile without too much effort now. My aim is to get that up to 3 miles, but it's difficult fitting it in around the kids. It's quite addictive though, and my jeans fell down on the school run this afternoon, so it must be working! :rotfl:

Thanks Squizzle, sorry yours is bad too. (((hugs)))

The annoying thing is that I hit exhaustion point this afternoon (after being awake well into the early hours all week - 3am/4am, and one day of no sleep at all) and fell asleep for 20 minutes, and of course now, I'm not tired again!

Yep, know the feeling - I could have gone straight to bed when I got in from work, I am tired now but the minute I get into bed and turn the light out I'm wide awake

Lou- get yourself over there, the lungs bursting stage doesn't last very long, promise!

I have a Wii coming, I will do the fitness for a minimum of 20 minutes three times a week.

Right.......thats it..........I want my jeans to fall down!!!!! I am going to get myself some raw eggs down me and find myself someone to pull on a bike and then find 100 steps to run up and then have a bunch of kids follow me:D

Or maybe I will try to run to the end of the street and back without dying:rolleyes:
