I've decided to order one of these despite them showing as temporarily out of stock. Presumably I'll still get it at the same price - if not I'll cancel.
Anyway, a quick question - how long does the food need to be in to cook properly? In order to eat between 6pm and 7pm, when would it need to be filled and switched on?
Sorry, I've never used a slow cooker and don't have a clue! :rolleyes:0 -
Just for the record, as others have pointed out, there is a slow cooker on offer at Sainsbury's (online) for £9.99. It's 4.5 litre and stainless steel. It's a better deal. I think Asda have a smaller one at £9.99 too.0

Mine has a fast, mediium and slow setting. If i put it on in the morning i put it on slow - if i put it on around 1-2pm i put it on fast. Mine was a present and did not think i would like it - but really use it a lot.0 -
We've just moved house and I haven't a clue where the instructions are!
I'm planning on cooking a garlic chicken for my unwell toddler this morning and can't remember how long it needs to go on high for ... if anyone can help please, I'd be ever so grateful0 -
Hi. The only garlic chicken slow cooker recipe I can find says 1 hour on high, then 4-5 hours on low. HTH x0
