Hope this is the right place to post this?
It has been many years but I intend to make a curry using creamed coconut. However..
I have some creamed coconut in 50g sachets. The recipe I've found calls for 400ml coconut milk. How do I convert the creamed coconut into 400ml coconut milk? Or can't I? How many sachets do i need?
Many many thanks in advance

I'd add about 350ml boiling water to one sachet of coconut. Stir well and leave for about 10 mins, then it's approximately the same as a can of milk

i normally use 300 -350ml of water to 100g or 2 sachets of creamed coconut,
did try it with one but prefered it with 2Still TryingGrocery challenge July 2016
