But isn't the price expensive. I ordered series 5 from dvd.co.uk and paid £14.95 whereas on this offer at Play.com it is £29.99, so it isn't really buy one get one free.

Sorry! Didn't realise that. Seemed a good deal to me.

DVDs are really cheap these days! I couldn't believe it when Friends series were suddenly re-released at £17 or whatever it was - seemed ridiculously cheap at the time (was down from £20 for four episodes or something like that). Now they're all doing it :T :j

Sendit.com are also offering Simpons seasons 1-5 & Futurama seasons 1-4 boxsets for £14.99 as well as Family Guy seasons 1-3 for £9.99.

This is the first time I've seen Simpsons season 5 for this sort of price. They tend to put them on offer - but be about 2 seasons behind - i.e. they've just announced the Simpsons season 7 which is coming out in Jan.

BTW if you go to the simpsons website you'll see they're on the 17th season so you may not want to start collecting
