I can't find anything that looks exactly like that but it does have ramparts and rocky outcrops!

Anyone want to do more research on it cos I really ought to go and do stuff.

Not sure if I'm on the right track or not, but could it be a play on the word fashion, maybe the same or similar name of a Fashion House.

It could be. I thought it would be a place called Milan or Paris, but not the obvious one, but can't find anything
