CCA.....what to do after 12+2 ????

Hi

I have CCA'd to a DCA, the time allowence will be up this coming Wednesday, what do I do after this time has passed?

    You don't actually have to do anything.

    Sorry for the late reply..........I have been on holiday!

    We received a letter from KAYS catalogue stating that they are unable to supply us with the CCA agreement, But they attached the current terms and conditions? obvioulsy unsigned.

    This debt was passed to Fredrickons (DCA) a few years back, but have been very difficult to deal with since joining payplan, threatening court action/constant phone calls, hence the CCA request

    Now we have heard from KAYS does that mean Fredriksons have passed the debt back to KAYS?
