Yellow Plum Jam

I've just made lush yellow plum jam with tesco's market value plums (69p per bag)!

It's my first time making jam :j and I am HOT. It took FOREVER to get it hot enough to set, and I don't like my jam/sugar thermometer.

Only problem was, I didn't have enough jars lol, so had to use click-lock containers until I can get some more! Presume it's ok to transfer to sterile jars after it's set?

Weight loss to date - 8st 13lbs :j
