although it looks a bit dodgy, i believe it's actually legit and is connected to the sun newspaper. i'm only basing that judgement on this post here though, which seems to show that the site has previously been published in the sun.

none of the items are completely 'free' though, as you have to pay post and packing, which is £2.99 for one of their usb memory sticks.

I really like the idea, shame it is £2.99 delivery! The memory sticks could have been good to sell on, as they are tied on with the movies!
