Nationwide Remortgage

I have an existing tracker mortgage with Nationwide which is due to end on 31st October. I checked their website to see what offers they have and decided to go ahead with their 3 year tracker which will be 0.64% above BBR, for which you need 75% LTV. I'm currently paying 4.87% (had a very good 2 year tracker deal) but this new product switch with Nationwide has no fees and is also competitve deal. I have also reduced the mortgage term by 2 years, so hope to be mortgage free by 2024 at the latest, but planning to pay it of earlier by making overpayments each month!
