Had an email on the 5th August saying I had won this

I replied with home address within the 14day period and didnt receive anything:o

Went an email on the 4th Sept saying very politely have not received this yet had it been posted yet?

My apologies for this, the alarm was dispatched on 11/08 – this was nearly four weeks ago so I’m concerned you haven’t received it yet, I’ll get in touch with the post office and ask them to investigate. In the meantime I’ll dispatch a new one to you tomorrow.

Only problem is still havent received it - checked I have gave them the correct address - any suggestions?

i would give it another week,then if it dose`nt arrive i would email them again.I won a prize in July and it went missing and that is what i did .If you are polite and ask them for help most people will give it.My prize arrived yesterday (a replacement for the one that went missing)
