Hi
Did a quick search but couldn't see this listed.
Complimentary Tickets for ‘A Place In The Sun Live’
Birmingham International Airport will be exhibiting at ‘A Place In The Sun Live’ at the NEC Birmingham from 26th – 28th September 2008.
Come and visit us on Stand D92 and find out about the huge range of destinations now available from your local airport.
Link http://tickets.aplaceinthesunlive.com/nec/e-ticket/ for your complimentary e-ticket which entitles you to free ebtry on any of the show days.
Just a tip - if you are driving car parking usually costs £8  but if you park at Birmingham International Railway Station car park its only £6 and you can walk to the NEC (about 10 minutes, but usally takes this long froom the NEC car parks anyway)

Thanks for tip about car park.
Does anyone know any other cheaper alternatives for NEC parking? There are always free show but the parking ( and fuel) turns me off.
Thanks for any help.0 -
Hi
You can park free at some of the local stations (i.e. Marston Green) which is one stop away from Birmingham International. I'm not 100% sure of the cost but they do have weekend / off peak offers - I think it may be £1.50 return per person over a weekend / off peak, but could check for you.

Hi
Yep, checked today - On Saturday they provide 'cheap day return tickets' so it is £1.50 return between Marston Green and Birmingam International. Guess it's proabbly across the region so you could travel between Birmingham City Centre & Birmingham International Station too.

Thank you very much0

I got caught out with car parking charges when I went to the show last year. Arrived by car to find the parking was £8, so I and many others, merely turned around and drove home !!0

Has anyone been to this show or if you go today could you feed back.
Was it any good? Any freebies, coupons etc?
Are there also any other free shows on this weekend?
Many thanks0 -
Did anyone go yesterday?
Could you feed back what it was like?
Thank you0
