Help! Need Free Unlock Code For Motorolla/orange

Hi, not sure if this is the right board but I remember seeing some free unlock messages here before.

Anyway, my dad has given me his old phone - a motorolla V220 which had an orange sim card in. I want to use my t-mobile sim card but it is asking to enter subsidy pass(word?) I have tried 0000, 12345 but can't get it to work. Please help!!

This is the way they did it on the Motorola flip phone for £14.99 thread. Seems like it would be easier to get it done at your local market. Usually costs about £10.

Thanks for that, you have all been really halepful, much appreciated. It seems like a whole load of stuff to do to unlock this phone (usb cables etc etc) I thought I might just have to enter a code and bob's yer uncle. I think I will take it down to the shop and get it done. thanks again guys x

subsidy code is set by original provider, as someone said b4 take it to your local market or phone store and ask them to unlock, if you don't want to fiddle around with cables and stuff.
