Birthday present for my mum

It's my mum's birthday on the 2nd October and I'm really stuck for presents.
So far I've got her Big Fish on DVD and A Ring of Roses buttercream from Lush, but would like to get something a bit more... substantial.
She likes patchwork and sewing, gardening, Cath Kidston & Laura Ashley, floral scented things... but doesn't like/wear make up, perfume or jewellery.
Looking to spend about £25! Any ideas?? Preferably something I can buy online using Paypal or that I can find on eBay please!

I like doing patchwork too & would love it if someone bought me a pack of co-ordinating fat quarters or a jelly roll of fabric, that I would think was too expensive to buy myself. If you're not sure what they are, a quick search on ebay should tell you.
Depends how much patchwork your mum does, but a cutting board, rotary cutter & ruler are invaluable if she's not already got them.0
