Kitty Ussher, the Economic secretary, has already promised to look into the NDFA situation. Keep up the pressure and email her:- ussherk@parliament.uk
Also, email the BBC and ask them to raise the matter at any appropriate interview:mad:0 -

Investors, such as those at NDFA, affected by lehman backed products or anyone wishing to support them can sign a parliamentary petition for an investigation at:-

just recieved the latest 'news' from ndfa re our lost investments with lehmans- what a load of gibberish- dont think even they ubderstand what they are on about. They are now starting to distance themselves from their transactions- fact is OUR contracts are with NDFA -not some anonymous side shoot of a sprawling mess that is Lehmans. Investors who have lost out should demand recompence from NDFA - sign the number 10 petition- join livinginhopes blog- and lets start to get our money back!!!!0

Its time NDFA did the right thing - all press commentary points to mis-selling- the promise of 'capital guaranteed return' and FSA protection were false. This Hong Kong firm made the same promises as NDFA who secretly put Investors money in the sprawling mess that was Lehmans- unbeknown to their Investors. This HK firm knows ultimately they will have to pay up -so is doing it now -see http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/business/7846614.stm NDFA SHOULD DO THE SAME AND RETURN PEOPLE THEIR MONEY!! All affected Investors who feel they have been ripped-off should join the NDFA Victims blog on google.0

Victims who have lost money in the so called 'structured products' scandal whereby underlying security issuer (Lehmans bank) was kept deliberately secret from Investors can take heart from renewed press and tv commentary which calls these schemes a 'mis-selling scandal'.
M.P.s are calling fro an enquiry and the FSA is finally investigating.
