Gifts in a jar

I really like the idea of the brownies in a jar and would like to do something similar for my neices and nephews(same family) the problem I have is that one of my nephews is allergic to nuts and wheat , any ideas of recipes that he could eat too I don't want him to be left out!

I onced worked in a health food shop and there is wheat free pasta and cake mixes. Do check on line at google type in "nut and wheat free" Good luckRemember every waking moment is a chance to turn it all around.;) Knowledge is the key to respect.:cool:
