Isn't it amazing the way the pennies and pounds mount up so quickly? I guess they old saying of taking care of the pennies and letting the pounds take care of themselves is true! I can't wait to open my piggy bank on 1st December! :D

Does anyone collect the Jackpotjoy points for free entries into their monthly raffles? I collect every day via gr*asypalm but have only just realised that if you clear the cookies you can collect them via several sites. I just searched for 'free scratchcards' and there are quite a few offering the same thing. If I could get up to 1000 entries in the cash draw then surely I would have a better chance of winning something? I have a couple of weeks left and am going to try my best to collect as many free entries as possible. Free clicks are a bit difficult with free bingo running in the background though.

Email confirmation of my Topcashback payment arrived, that will give me another £7.84 when it hits my account followed, hopefully, by the Ciao payment. Just need to get listing on eBid now plus hope to clear out some of the old computer equipment. Still haven't decided whether or not to sell the tumble dryer and I still haven't decluttered the book shelves. Still, onward and upward, I guess.

Well, I've been waiting on a payment from greasypalm for months and months...so because of this challenge I thought I'd send a stern email asking what on earth was going on.....first, though, I thought I'd just check my details....seems I'd never put in any payment details...oopps!

Unfortunately I now have to wait till the 4th of November...oh well, better than nothing...

I'm giving this thread a bit of a bump...

I've got a few things to add to my total today. I've finally ended my relationship with slice the pie by withdrawing the £9.41 I had in there. It had been festering in there for ages because I thought I might summon up the courage to do it for a bit longer, but I value my sanity too much. Quidco paid out a whole 25p this month :rotfl:, I wish the £60 I'm waiting for would pay out... Oh, and I had £8 of pinecone vouchers waiting for me when I got home today.

I've just started writing reviews on dooyoo which is surprisingly enjoyable. I've written two so far and have 1750 points. I need 10,000 for a £10 amazon voucher or 50,000 for a £50 cheque so I think I'll try and hold out for the cheque.

Does anyone know about dooyoo? I saw this 'Will expire (30 days): 0' but can't find what it means in the help section and am concerned I only have 30 days to amass the points.
    Finally bought a home

Sometimes watchers bid at the last minute? But I agree, Jumble-Bee share your ebay secrets lol. I am going on a mini break, two nights away (lap top coming so may still post lol - addict - but I have to check my listings online anyway, so might as well!) and on the way there is a super cheap store that I think I could check out and see if there is anything I could on-sell, and also I want to hit garage sales on Saturday while I am in a big city and see if I can score anything worth selling.

Some of your totals are shooting up!! Good on you. :T

Wow, have to agree jumble-bee, you really seem to have the knack for ebay. I really don't seem to be any good at selling on there. Strangely enough though, my OH does seem to sell a lot on there. Shame he always underprices the postage though!

Have this morning had an e-mail from cashinmyphone, and they have accepted my phone for exchange at £11.04, so will add that to my total! :T

Also am taking OH out for dinner tomorrow night, which I have been putting money aside for for about 6 weeks (it's a bit of a posh place!) so any money we don't spend will be put into my £1,000 pot. I think that is fair enough.

Slightly off topic but I'm sure she was mentioned on here and/or on the live for a year on £4k thread, can anyone remember the name of the lady or her book that lived on nothing or very little for a year? Would like to reserve her book at my library but can't get anything on google. Thanks.
