I think you're probably right, the amount of people with their heads in the sand is reducing each day, in 6 months time what most of the people have been saying on this board will become gospel
Just on that note, I hear from FP on housepricecrash that a very interesting "Tonight with Trevor Mcdonald" is on on Monday night.
By all accounts any BTL'ers watching should have extra rolls of andrex ready:D0 -
I'm not looking to buy anything..yet.
But chop 50% off the price, and I might be interested.0 -

I completely concur... and, of course, it'll be all our fault for "talking down the market". :rolleyes:Just on that note, I hear from FP on housepricecrash that a very interesting "Tonight with Trevor Mcdonald" is on on Monday night.

As should any FTBers but for completely different reasons. (*ahem*) :whistle:0 -
I'm neither FTB or BTl, but count me in for a boys party...0

I agree with this assessment. When a candle is just about to be extinguished as the wax has run out, it tries to burn even more intensely - that is what I consider the current stock market state to be... and this false euphoria may well make its way through to the housing market as well, raising the hopes of sellers waiting for a closure...It's always the grass that suffers, irrespective of whether the elephants are fighting or making love !!!0

Well, today's action in the financial markets and shafting of the US taxpayer have shifted the spread betting markets' predicted average price for a UK house in December 2010 from £136k to £137k. Crack open the beers, horseface!Hurrah, now I have more thankings than postings, cheers everyone!0
