I was wondering can anyone offer me any help to whats happening to me and hubby .
We had an arrangement through payplan , with RBOS-tesco finance for a £25,000 loan. They have now decided not to carry on with the arrangement and sent us default notices , and wanting us to pay the full amount off which we are unable to do.
I'm now expecting to go to court for a ccj/co , am i correct in thinking as well as getting the co they can add 8% each year.
Can we ask the judge to conside a lower % each year. Would our Morgage company lend us the money to pay them off (yes i know it's a long shot)

I would write to them again requesting the agree to a repayment agreement. Attach with it a SOA so they can see your income, expenditure and debts. There is a letter from the nationaldebtline you may be able to alter to suit.
