Some of the tricks supermarkets use

I'm a long-time user of the site, but a newbie on the forums. I had a chance to write an article on supermarkets which is here:

I'd really appreciate some feedback, plus any ideas that I could include in a future article if I get a chance.

Thanks a million

P.S. I did include links to some sites, including MSE, but they got edited out
