Vine Leaves?

I have a grapevine in the garden and wondered if it was possible to prepare the leaves to use for greek stuffed vineleaves - perhaps storing them over winter? I have searched the forum, but can't find any obvious threads so wondered if anyone has any experience of this?
Thanks everyone!
Thanks everyone!

I haven't got any experience of this, but I would have thought you could freeze them like any other leafy thing - blanch them first, dunk them in iced water and then make a little pile of leaves separated by greaseproof paper. Wrap up well, then freeze.0

My old boss is Greek Cypriot - and his wife grows a vine in their conservatory for yalaji. She just chucks them in the freezer in batches of about 20, then separated by silicon baking sheets. She says it's easier to separate enough for a meal that way, and you never only need one - they will peel apart quite easily when defrosted.I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.Yup you are officially Rock n Roll
