My partner is having real problems with FLM, he unfortunately stood guarantor on a loan and the "friend" defaulted. We pay every month without fail but they are messing up on collecting payments and are trying to blame us for their errors by wacking on £20 charges. They are refusing to refund and will not conform to requests for written responses. I am in touch with OFT and FSA currently.
I am curious how many other people are having genuine problems with any of these companies listed above, who are all owned by the RICHMOND GROUP. I understand Watchdog have already investigate them and I intend to contact Watchdog myself depending on the response I get from you guys.
If you work for FLM don't even bother posting a message in response, you are NOT welcome here. :money:
