Thanks. had I not followed the link I would not have found out that my car is exempt from congestion charge as it is registered as a disabled vehicle. Don't have to pay or contact them before I drive to London, which I do going to the hospital. Ahhhh

Just thought I'd bump this to let you know it's still omgoing, I did a search on trusty MSE the other day when our tax disc holder fell off the windscreen, found this thought I'd chance it & it arrived this morning.
