I'm making a crumble tonight but my defrosted rhubard is soggy! I've given it a gentle squeeze and got rid a bit of the water but its still pretty wet. Will it still be ok to use or will my crumble be a write off!! HELP!

Do you have any eating apples or similar to mix up with the rhubarb in the crumble? They will give it a bit of texture without losing the rhubarb flavour. I roast my rhubarb before freezing it, seems to hold its shape better
