Win the new SEAT Ibiza Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. The promotion is open to anyone aged 18yrs or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, SEAT UK or SEAT Sport, the close families of such employees, agencies of the Promoter and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion. Those under 16yrs must have parental consent to participate.
2. No purchase necessary. Closing date for entries 30th November 2008. The draw will take place by an independent judge on 12th December 2008. The winner will be notified via email or telephone within 7 days of the draw date.
3. To enter the promotion, go online to https://www.hipromotion.co.uk/SEAT and enter your details.
4. Limit of 1 entry per person. The promoter does not take responsibility for entries submitted but not received due to lost connections, miscommunications, failed computer transmissions or technical failures. Proof of transmission is not proof of receipt. Bulk entries or entries from 3rd parties will be disqualified.
5. An entry is taken as email address registration (name and full postal address)
6. An entry will be disqualified if the email address is invalid.
7. The 1st prize will consist of a new on the road New SEAT Ibiza 5dr 1.2 12V 70PS S A/C.
8. The winner will receive confirmation they have won the prize via e-mail. The winner must respond to that e-mail within 30 days of receipt. If no response is received within 30 days, Holiday Inn reserves the right to select another winner. A list of the winner's abbreviated name and county will be available by sending a stamped addressed envelope to IHG Holiday Inn Scratch Card Competition, Broadwater Park, Denham, Bucks, UB9 5HJ.
9. The prize is non transferable. No cash alternative is available for the prize. In the unlikely event the prize becomes unavailable the promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize which it may determine as being of equal value.
10. The promoter has arranged this competition in good faith. The promoter reserves the right to change, modify or cancel the competition if circumstances require it.
11. Entrants accept that if they win, the promoter will have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use their name for the purposes of announcing the winner of this Prize Draw and they may be required to participate in post-event publicity.

Im scared its a dupe cher, i searched every which way xxx buut im never sure if i miss the one way it could show xxx

I thought it looked familiar....


but don't panic, there was a comp to win a Seat Ibiza with the Holiday Inn but that ended back in June, I can't see it as a dupe ( but I've been poor on that front meself this week )
