I'm looking for a reasonably priced restaurant which will accomodate 16 people next Friday night. Its for an 80th birthday and she's a VERY fussy eater lol
So im looking for nothing too fancy and also there will be a few children going.
If anyone has any sugestions I would be grateful
thanks
P.S I'm looking for somewhere around Edinburgh

At least 2 of the Italian restaurants on Leith Walk accommodate family parties and have room for up to 40 people:

If it's for someone who's a fussy eater what about the following that do plain and simple as well as a wee bit more "exotic"
The Steading out by Hillend Ski Centre on Biggar Road - 0131 445 1128
Flotterstone Inn further out the A702 - 01968 673717
The List's online guide can be a useful pointer

I highly recommend Guilianos, amazing food (nice varied menu and are heppy to alter dishes a bit to accomodate fussy eaters), good prices and the staff are brilliant. they always put the effort in when its someones birthday and with kids, in fact the always put the effort in full stop! I only go to the one on the Shore as it near my house but I've been told they are both great.

Agree with Giuliano's & the opposite the playhouse one! We took a friend there for her 83rd birthday - she loved it and the entire staff couldn't have been sweeter :-)Still waiting for Dyson to bring out a ride-on hoover...Memberships:
