Can't return headphones?

  • The ones that look like police radio earpieces are the best for running. The curl over your ears type ones - they never ever come off. Depends how trendy you want to look though.
Don't grow up. Its a trap!

    Peace, love and labradors!

Given that the general consensus is to either lie to or defraud the shop, why then the tears when shops lie and defraud customers?

Or tears with the policies they introduce to protect themselves against this?
  • Personally I'd buy a roll of gaffer tape.

Its good enough for rugby players.

Well, what would you do if you bought a pair of headphones that went over your head, but it wouldn't reach to your ears? You've opened it, so you can't return it? And they play music fine, so they aren't defective or anything? Its hardly something you can check without opening and trying them on :/
At least, thats how it appears in my eyes.

Do they reach to your ears?
    - Yes
    Do they play music fine?
    - Yes
Are they advertised or sold to you as suitable for sports use?
    - No

You're screwed basically, man up and admit you made a mistake and get on with your life.

You didn't buy ones that went over your head anyway. Most of those are adjustable anyway. You'd have to have a very odd looking head for them not to go over.

Do you have a funny shaped head?

    Lopsided ears?

If you bought a pair of earphones that were faulty, and you didn't find this out until you opened them/used them,OF COURSE you would be entitled to a refund, sadly not what happened to you.
