Did you mean lucky because you received the voucher?

I applied for a voucher almost a month ago now - it said I was one of the lucky ones. I've received nothing! :'(:'(

They have this statement on their site:
We believe you deserve a company that cares about you. So, in addition to creating hair products to suit YOUR unique needs, we're always here for you.

With our free phone number 0800 181184 (UK), 0 800 535909 (IRELAND) for one-on-one assistance

It might be worthwhile taking them up on this pledge "to care about you" and giving them a ring to ask where is my voucher!

    UPDATE:

I have now received a £10 voucher and a nice letter of apology through the post.

Something has clearly gone wrong with this promotion - get on to them and express your disappointment - they seem to know how to put matters right!

I just rang them, they're still trying to sort this out with the website operators to see if and when they will send the vouchers out.
The lady did take all my contact details, so hopefully I'll get a voucher.

I made contact via the website and have had an email saying they are sending me a voucher in the next 2 weeks.

    Now I need some advice.

I have long hair (about 18 inches - about 3 years worth).
I have never used a permanent colour before although I've had "easy mesh" in a salon.

Are any of these permanent colours really permanent? - my guess is not.

I would plan on using a colour similar to my natural colour.

Does anyone have any advice about whether I will have a re-growth problem - or do these just gradually fade out over time?

    Thanks

They are permanent, they would possibly fade over time... but you can get colour stay shampoos etc now, that prolong the sharper colour....but only over the hair you dyed... so obviously, your roots will be your natural colour as it grows.

As posted in another thread on this subject :-

I emailled them and asked why I had not received anything and got a reply saying that the vouchers should be sent out in the next 2 weeks - that was yesterday or maybe the day before - so there may still be a chance.
