I don't go into B'ham centre that often, but visit Merry Hill, Harborne, Redditch, Northfield, occasionally Bromsgrove and Solihull on a regular basis. Any opinions on the best local branches for reductions/clearances?
To kick off, I went to Redditch yesterday and there was very little reduced. Northfield had lots of SEL reductions on haircare last week (also on 3 for 2)
Funny how it can vary so much from store to storeand thanks in advance
This is my area too! I also went to Redditch yesterday and there wasn't much reduced in the haircare. I noticed that the Sunsilk brunette shampoo and conditioner were £1 and yet lots of other stores mentioned on here have reduced to 50 p. I did manage to get a Botanics overnight hand cream for £1.74 which I was quite pleased with.
I got most of my haircare bargains from Northfield (See post #2368 - sorry not sure how to do link) plus some from the small Boots in West Heath: JF Brunette Shine mousse £1.13 and 2 JF brunette hazelnut (or something like that!) shampoo £1.13 and 3 4 2, Simple conditioner 60 p, Elvive conditioner 60 p and 3 4 2.
I think it's hit and miss with any store as regards clearance shelves - you just have to be lucky on the day as these bargains are bound to be snapped up quickly.

A kind fellow Bootser sent me 2 vouchers, I've used one but I may not use the other so you could have it:)
We should have a bit of a Sheffield reccy group so we can help each other out - I'm noticing some stuff is a bit hit and miss for the Sheffield stores.
Many thanks Happyjaw for your kind offer i have sent you a PM with my address.
Off to meadowhall in a short while not sure what i'm going for today but sure i will come back with something lol
Thanks again

It was 342 plus half-price with HC. Just looked online and it seems the Smoothies aren't included in the 342 any moreI tried adding 3 multi-packs to my basket but only got the half-price HC discount.
I have looked instore but never seen the Smoothies in my local sorry, not much help am I?0 -
When the £5.00 Rubie and Milly/No 7 vouchers were around last time I was in London for a week. I found if you used the self service tills and used Non Boots vouchers ( i.e Mitchum vouchers) even though you may not pay over £5.00 for your shopping the till recognises the vouchers as cash so you will get a till spit. Worth knowing!0

Hi everyone, just to let you know i got a vitality electric toothbrush yesterday but i could only use electrical voucher and ts when the total was actually over £30 AFTER the half price. so ended up getting 1 Vitality toothbrush from £29.99 reduced to £14.99 (with 2 heads included) but had to get 2 lots of the replacement heads at £10.99 each to be able to use the vouchers. total was £26.xx
Wanted them anyways and wont need new brush heads for 2 and a half years now lol
This is what I've been wanting to do, but didn't think that the replacement heads would be classed as 'electrical' - did you use an SS till for this?
The other option I've been thinking about is buying two of the the Vitality toothbrushes, but of course this totals £29.98, and didn't think the voucher/ts would work on this either - a previous poster said that she made up the order to over £30 with sweets or something, but again these are not eletrical and I'm too much of a coward to try it out
Your help/invaluable advice dear Bootsing Experts would be appreciated!0 -

Scorpio hon I've borrowed your pic of the new No7 gift for the PTS thread, hope it's ok
They're wondering if the spend will be £5 or £10 (after the recent frangrance one was £10).
And do we think that 3for2 will still be on?
3 x £7 = £21 to get the free gift
£14 after 3for2 kicks in
- £5 pinkie
- £5 SS spit
= £4 to pay (so remember to spend another £1 to get another pinkie if it's a £5 spend lol)0 -
