Help please! I can't seem to get the healthclub discount online, I activated my voucher instore and checked that the discount showed up on one of the tills when they scanned in a product. When I shop online I am making sure to add products from the list that are showing in stock, I have tried adding from favourites too as I saw someone else suggest that might work. When I go to checkout the only discount showing is the 20% off.

I have the same problem with some of the health club items online, though not all. My only solution was to buy the items in-store if they didn't give me the discount online (and of course then I missed the additional 20% off online). You could call customer service to place the order, if you don't mind the risk of your card (or all cards at your address) being scrutinized.

I just wanted to post about a fab purchase I made today. I spotted some Roc retinox day and night gift packs reduced to £5. Beneath them were some still at the original price of £34.99!
    [snipped ...]

Thanks for that Nuninge, I often pick up the Roc sets in a local store that always seems to have them out, and have been known to return some because of the date on the packaging :o;)

But if anyone sees the Roc 12 week challenge kit going cheap, there's a £5 voucher enclosed in them. The only thing is that they're for use on Roc Retinox (I think? but will check later :))

How does the BOGOF & 200 points for £10 spend baby offer work please? Do you have to order £10 worth of goods after the BOGOF discount to get the points, therefore actually getting £20 worth of goods for £8?

I think I must be reading Amelias Mummy's post wrong as I read it that you only need to buy 4 items and not even have to spend £10.

Hi squidgeum :) I've seen this work with things like cotton wool if my memory's working ok ;) The only way to be sure these offers of spending less than £10 for 200 extra points seems to be by experimenting by adding one at a time - iyswim? If I spot how it's working on anything else, I'll let you know as it's difficult to explain but hth
