  • IN STORE (KIND OF) GLITCH!
Didn't want to make too much fuss of it yesterday, but still posted. I have just been to another Boots and found it to be the same price there so thought it may well be everywhere:
Johnsons top to toe wash (mini size) in a little yellow bottle is 1p.
In one store in London I went to, it was on the price tag as 1p, today it was at 99p in different store - but still went through at 1p.
The key here ( I think) is that it's old packaging. If it has a pump at the top of the bottle then I think it's full price. If it is just a simple lid it's 1p - well from what I can gather!
Not major - but a huge saving in the scheme of things lol! 98% off or something!
  • Hi, could anyone tell me how refunds would work on the electrical items? I bought 3 trimmers instead of eyelash curlers! Can I take them back in store?
(Haven't actually got them yet but assuming order goes through and they do arrive....!)
    TIA

Forgot to state that I got them in the glitch - got 3 for the price of 1!

You may not be able to exchange - at this rate they will all be sold out!
Keep your receipt / delivery note from the order though and they should let you return them for a refund........;)
"Buy me, Lady", said the frock, "and I will make you into a BEAUTIFUL & WHOLE & COMPLETE human being".
"Do not be silly", said the Man, "for a frock alone cannot do that".
"True", said the Lady, "I will have the shoes and the bag as well".

just back from boots:D I had 3x pedicure sets in my basket...but I put them back:o  I wasn't sure if I could use the 5.00off electrical voucher with just these 3 items and I didn't want to spend too much money. Then I went and spent money on some JF products:rolleyes:

    I got:

    JF thermal serum 5.98

    JF straight shampoo 4.48

    JF straight potion 0.00 as 3 4 2

I used 3x different barcoded JF vouchers for 2.00 each. (they came in the post this am:D )
    Paid 4.50 for all 3:j

loads of baby toiletries reduced. I bought:

2 x baby powder, reduced to 30p each and BOGOF

    1 x baby lotion 55p

    1 x baby bath 0.00 as BOGOF

2 x line out brag books 75p and BOGOF (might go back for more of these)

It's in with all the mini bits and pieces like shampoo etc in the normal mini section, not baby. I can upload a pic tonight, but I have to go to college in a bit so can't do it right now!
It's about 3 inches tall and contains 50ml, it's got a screw top lid which is bright yellow.

On another note relating this - how many do you think I could buy! I'm thinking 5... would they let me have them though?!

Just seen above post, yes it is the one above!

    I think she meant this:

(removed link as better pic provided!)

But the old style packaging (no pump!)

    :D

No this doesnt work, i tried it first of all this morning - thinking that we would all be on to a winner but the till beeped saying critera not been met. sorry.

Thanks for that, I tried at lunchtime too and the till beeped (but at least the SA tried to scan it). But I am still very happy with 3 heated eyelash curlers for £5.99. Thanks to everyone for details of this glitch.
