Problems with Quidco

Hi
Has anyone ever experienced problems with Quidco?
I'm waiting on a rather large payout occuring from one purchase. For months the transaction has been waiting to go through (tracked fine). Quidco always seem to come back to me asking for additional information. This is fine if this is what the merchant (HSA) requires yet I've now provided this information and still it hasn't been accepted nor have I recieved payment. Now when I contact Quidco through my ticket they're not even replying to me!
Do anyone know another way to contact them? I'm tempted to contact the merchant directly yet I imagine it's near impossible trying to explain to HSA what 'cash back' means..

For what it is worth it took six months to get payment through for a Churchill insurance I took out."The whole problem with the world is that fools and fanatics are always so certain of themselves, but wiser people so full of doubts."
