Confused about Tatler subscription offer

I'm wanting to subscribe to Tatler at magazine-group.co.uk
The offer is:Tatler SAVE UP TO 73%
JUST £12.00 FOR 12 ISSUES
but when I get to the checkout it says:
Price: £12.00 | Delivery: UK
Payment: Direct Debit - Direct Debit - 12 issues for £45.60 then £19.50 every 6 months by direct debit.
It seems like they want to take out £45.60 and not £12...has anyone taken up this offer yet?
