Go to the Fitness First Cribbs site (below) and download their free, no obligation, day pass.
Its a great gym, and you can take advantage of their up-to-date and varied facilities.
My friend and I downloaded it and went along - great fun for a day out!
Well worth taking advantage of this as you have nothing to lose!
Easy to find as it's right by the Cribbs Causeway Mall.
