How do I get my own back with this bank?

Options
Hello All,

I have a question here for all you nice people.

I had a loan from my bank which I signed for at the rate of 13.1%. I have paid off this loan with my bank, as it stands now, I do not owe them anything.

The problem here is, this bank made me sign the loan agreement at 13.1%, while it is actually 13.5%.

The only reason I knew this was because, sometime this year I re-mortgaged my flat and got some extra money. As soon as this extra money got into my account, I got a call from my bank advising me to pay off this loan with the money in my account because the the loan is too high at 13.5%. I asked this caller to verify again and she told me that the loan was given to me at 13.5%

Few days later, I went into this bank and asked a staff of the bank to check my loan for me, this staff also confirmed that the loan was 13.5%. I have since paid off this loan and lodged a complaint with this bank. For about 3 months now this bank is still not giving me any explanation why I was made to sign for this loan at 13.1%, while it was actually 13.5%. If this is not rip off, can someone tell me what it is? Your help pleas.
