If you look at the back of the delivery note there is a bit to fill in if its damaged or if you dont want to send back an envelope of smashed glass (who would?) the telephone number is there to call.

Just in case anyone else wants the number and has thrown away the paperwork its 01623 724485.

It came in a thin cardboard box in a jiffy bag - it was clearly labelled fragile, but there you go..
Will give them a call tomorrow to let them know - it seems others have been offered a replacement.
