lmao!! That's so unbelievable it's comical.

I hope you follow it up with another email with a few well chosen words.

I'm sure we've all felt as if some companies have done this but to actually receive proof!!!

(also i'm not too sure if their call centres are in the UK (it may have just the low grasp of English my customer service representative had though)).

I don't feel so bad about taking advantage of this offer now.

This vouchers been burning a hole in my Hotmail account since I received it :D I couldn't decide what to get but tonight I had a brainwave. My DS wanted Stretch Homer (you know like the old Stretch Armstrong for those who remember) don't ask me why

I didn't think Play did toys but I did a search anyway and it came up under Gadgets, at £17.99. The cheapest I could find this was £19.94 (Amazon) or Woolies on 10% off day. £17.99 - £5 = £12.99 delivered, bargain!
This site has saved me a fortune :money: ...it's also cost me a fortune!

The only reply I've had is to an email I sent through their tech support for their website asking if they are receiving my emails. They said that my enquiry has been forwarded to the relevant department.....which enquiry?

  • Sent an email to info@play.com asking where my voucher was as i had applied at 6.58 am on the wednesday. I had a reply today giving me my voucher code. So those of you who applied early and didn't get the voucher email them and perhaps your email was lost in the deluge as it seems mine was.

I'm a PC strategy game fan, and although I'm not keen on the 'Total War' series of games, they DO get great reviews and many gamers love 'em.

If you're one of them, you can use your voucher to get 'Rome: Total War' for a fiver from Play (http://www.play.com/play247.asp?pa=rts&page=title&r=PC&title=184221)

    That's gotta be a bargain :)

The cheapest I could find it through a quick search was at BlahDVD @ £12. Out of interest, gamespot.com gave the game a 9.1 out of 10 rating.

Hope some of you find that useful.
