Hi
I have just arranged to transfer a couple of pensions into a new SIPP with a new company. Should I go ahead with the transfer in the current climate or hold on?
Thanks

What's happening in the markets won't affect the pension wrappers themselves, which is what you are changing. The question you need to be asking is what you should invest the money in after it leaves the funds it is in now (which are what?) and arrives in the SIPP (where it will initially sit in the cash fund, earning interest.)
If you are worried about volatility you could leave the money in cash until things settle down a bit before reinvesting it.Trying to keep it simple...0 -
Why are you putting your money into an experienced investor product (SIPP) but asking novice questions?
I dont mean that rudely or anything but are you sure the SIPP is the right product for you?I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
