Pigsback problems

Options
Has anyone lost faith with pigsback i'm due £55 worth of piggypoints and there is no sign of them after 5 months i have emailed and someone was helping me but now no reply. I feel like they have conned me out of this money and to be honest it would really help us out for christmas gifts etc. Anyone with any advice would be great but as it stands i doubt i will ever deal with a company like this again

Have you looked at the Pigsback thread on the 'freebies' board? Someone there may be able to offer advice.

    Good luck

I would just keep on at them. I've recieved my vouchers this week and every other week fine. I don't let it build up too much just in case though!

The same thing happened to me recently.
I definately logged on to ebay via pigsback as I knew I was bidding on an expensive item.(mid August)
Spent nearly £4,000 and had the points for all my bits and pieces I bought last month but not the big one .
Strange that it should be that one that got 'lost'.
I don't have the ebay e-mail as I deleted it and the link on my feedback page was not accepted as 'proof'.
I am very cross about it.
  • I know what you mean its just so annoying it seems to be as and when it suits. I sent them a really horrible email and i got a reply. i just want what they promised me but i think they will just dismiss me again. I want my points:mad:

I had a problem with lovefilm points not added, pigsback sent me an email asking for proof of order as l was not on latest spread sheet from lovefilm, I said my computer had crashed so did not have the email, said they would look into it my points were added the next day
  • I had problems with missing points from Holiday Inn (should be 2000 points per stay).
You have to post the invoice from HI after your stay which I did and they said they never got it. So I sent it again (copy), still said it hadn't arrived. Then the very next day, the points got added so I know they must have had it as the points statement shows the "branch" of holiday inn you stay at and I hadn't mentioned this in my emails to Pigsback.
I think perhaps a good kick up the !!!! to remind them might be the answer as I'm guessing that if you don't keep on at them, they won't add the points.
  • I have heard so many times on the Pigsback
thread of vouvhers mmissing in the post or
turning up with one or two missing when
people have ordered these in batches,I make
a point of claiming them as soon as I reach
enough to claim one at a time.If it has to
go missing then I would rather lose one voucher
    than five.

I can remember ages ago Pigsback making a big song
and dance about their new offices in central London.
I wonder if its possibel to ring them and ask about
your vouchers over the phone ?

I notice these days that the points seem to be drying
up on regular occassions,so we (8 of us here) after
much discussion have all made the descision to reach
the next 1150 claim our voucher and pack in,we have
all had a good run with this but we think its had its day.

I had the same problem chasing up a hotel receipt I submitted. Sent it 3 times, for them to finally say, it's not valid to receive any points! So I wasted 3 lots of postage to be told I can't have the points anyway!
  • Just spotted this thread - my post on the newbies pleas eread thread got lost - I'm having problems with an electronic promotional code that I ordered for hqhair but doesn't seem to be accepted by the site. I've emiled pigsback and hqhair but both have ignored me - any ideas?

I've also noticed that despite logging in most days I'm lucky if I manage to pick up 10 points a week off the free clicks - I used to get around 10-20 a day.

I'm wondering whether it's worth the hassle.
