• The Prize: Two economy Round the World tickets courtesy of Air New Zealand and Virgin Atlantic from London Heathrow travelling via Hong Kong, Sydney, Christchurch, make your own way to Auckland, San Francisco, London; and one £1000 Flight Centre Travel Voucher.
• The Flight Centre Travel Voucher is valid for six months from the date of issue. The voucher must be used at a participating UK Flight Centre store.
• This promotion is only open to residents of the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over ("Participants"). Employees of Flight Centre (the promoter), their agents and contractors or any member of any such person's family are not permitted to enter. Flight Centre reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants.
• The Promotional Period is 15 Sep 08 to 31 Oct 08. Prize draw entry will close at 12AM on 31 Oct 08. The winner will be chosen at random and informed via email. The winner will be required to confirm their acceptance of the prize in writing before 30 Nov 08. If the prize is unclaimed or declined, a supplementary winner may be drawn at the Promoters discretion and the winner will be notified by email.
• Fights are subject to availability and first choice of dates cannot be guaranteed.
• Prizewinner tickets must be booked at least two weeks before travel and travel must be completed by 30th November 2009.
• Departure from the UK must be between 01 Nov 08 - 30 Nov 08 or 16 Jan 09 - 30 June 09 or 16 Aug 09 - 30 Nov 09. Validity of prizes cannot be extended.
• Whist every effort will be made to accommodate the prizewinners' preferred travel dates, tickets are subject to availability in the appropriate booking class.
• Taxes, fees & charges are the responsibility of the prizewinner(s).
• Passport, visa & health requirements and travel insurance are the responsibility of the prizewinners(s).
• All flights are subject to availability.
• The prize does not include transport to and from any airport, transport from Christchurch to Auckland, spending money, accommodation or travel insurance.
• Tickets must be booked through the promoter (Flight Centre) or if applicable, the supplier of the prize.
• Prizes are not transferable and are non negotiable. Cash or credit alternatives will not be offered. The promoter reserves the right to provide substitute prizes of similar value should the specified prize become unavailable for reasons beyond its control.
